What started as a way to create a flexible schedule that supports our family’s needs—particularly accommodating important appointments for our daughter with autism—has grown into a trusted local service provider dedicated to enhancing the beauty and value of properties across Fayette County.
We specialize in lawn care, landscaping, and pressure washing services, offering reliable, detail-oriented work that helps homeowners and businesses maintain clean, healthy, and inviting outdoor spaces. Whether it’s weekly lawn maintenance, seasonal clean-ups, or restoring surfaces with professional-grade pressure washing, we pride ourselves on delivering results that exceed expectations.
Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend availability depending on weather and project schedules. Flexibility, dependability, and quality craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.
To ensure the highest standards, we partner with respected local suppliers including Concrete Supply Inc., Jason Mask and Company Inc., By the Yard, New Growth Inc., and Nature’s Turf—all proudly based in Fayette County and Brooks, GA. About Owner Jon Mask
Behind S & J Lawn and Landscaping LLC is owner and operator Jon Mask, a Fayette County native with deep roots in the community and years of hands-on experience in property services.
Jon first entered the lawn and landscaping industry in 2005, running his own company and building a reputation for reliability, attention to detail, and strong customer relationships. Although the business closed in 2008 due to the economic downturn, the experience gave him valuable insights into what it takes to run a successful service-based company.
From there, Jon transitioned into a leadership role as Operations Manager for a thriving roll-off dumpster and demolition company in Fayette County. Over the years, he honed his skills in business management, scheduling, vendor relations, and customer service—all of which now play a key role in the growth of S & J Lawn and Landscaping.
Today, Jon combines his industry knowledge, operational expertise, and personal dedication to deliver professional, family-oriented lawn, landscaping, and exterior cleaning services. His commitment to quality work and community values is the foundation of the company’s success.
